The first thing that everybody says when they come into our house is "Wow! What a great view!" This and the close proximity to Eumundi is what made us buy it.
Running a business from home now means we have outgrown this lovely house. Although there is plenty of room to build/extend, we just don't have the time to be able to oversee such a project and need to move into something ready made.
We're currently tidying up and cleaning in preparation for marketing this house properly. We paid $440,000 for it in 2007. If we end up having to sell this house with an agent, we'll be marketing it at $435,000.
